Wenn Gewerbemietpreise von heute auf morgen um das Doppelte, Dreifache, Vierfache am gleichen Ort steigen und man nicht mehr in der Lage ist, Vergleichsräume zu finden, so denken wir, ist etwas im Allgemeinen mehr als im Argen.
